Originally from Shelby, IA, Jamie graduated from AHST and went on to get a BA degree from Buena Vista University. She was an Athletic Trainer/Chiropractic Assistant at the Pitts Family & Sports Chiropractic Center in Harlan for 11 years before accepting a position at the Thams Agency in September 2015.
Jamie has been married to Kris for 12 years and has two children who keep her busy year-round with sports activities, camping, and boating

Rocio graduated from Denison High School. She is a mom of 4 and her husband’s name is Pedro. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and reading.
Francia Navar joined the team at Thams Agency in 2013 and has over 7 years of insurance experience. Francia graduated college from Buena Vista University with a business and finance degree in 2014. Francia works primarily with commercial clients and also oversees many of the accounting functions of Thams Agency. She also is fluent in English and Spanish.
Francia loves to laugh and if you want to get on her good side, bring her some hot Cheetos.
In her free time, you’ll find her with her family. Her husband's name is Carlos, and they have three adorable boys.
Judy Thams has been with the Thams Agency since 1975. She loves helping customers with their personal auto and home policies and is one of the first friendly faces you see in the Denison office.
Judy has been active in the Denison community. She is one of the founding co-chairs of the Crawford County Relay for Life event. Judy has been married for 40+ years to Allen. Together they have three grown children and 9 grandchildren.
In her spare time, she enjoys sharing her piano talent, biking, golfing and most importantly, sharing time with the grand kids.

Nicole is the friendly voice you'll hear when calling our Avoca office or the first one to greet you when you walk in. Nicole handles a variety of activities at the office including billing requests, policy changes, quoting, and endorsements.
Nicole joined Thams Agency in 2016 and is married to Josh. Together they have a son Joey.
Tatum graduated from Manning High School and attended Iowa Western Community College. In December 2015 Tatum left her home daycare business and made a career change and joined the Thams Agency Team.
Tatum is an agent in the Avoca office and can help you with your auto insurance, home insurance, business insurance, and farm insurance.
Tatum is an Avoca native, and has two beautiful daughters. In her free time she enjoys golfing, football, attending her children’s activities, and being involved in the community.

Cole graduated from Denison High School and attended Buena Vista University, where he majored in business and finance. Cole recently joined our team in February.
Cole is in the Denison office and is responsible for the general operation of the office as well as client services duties.
