BENEFITS
Thams Agency offers a comprehensive benefit package for all employees in addition to a fantastic work schedule.
The work week is 35 hours. Our day begins about 8:30 and ends about 4:30. There is a ton of flexibility for appointments.

PTO – All employees start with pro-rated PTO based upon their hire date. You don’t have to wait a year to accrue time off.
PAID HOLIDAY – Thams Agency is closed for all major holidays.
SIMPLE IRA – You are able to direct up to 3% of your salary toward an investment option of your choice and Thams Agency will match 100%.
GROUP LIFE – Each employee is covered with a $50,000 life insurance policy. Accidental Death and Dismemberment is included.
GROUP DISABILITY – Thams Agency provides short and long term disability benefits up to 66% of your annual salary.
